The Broadway Baptist Church internship program exists to help men aspiring to pastoral ministry: 1) discern their call to ministry, 2) define a biblical framework for church ministry, 3) develop their spiritual gifts to serve the local church, and 4) devote themselves more fully to following Jesus Christ.

The Ministry Intern of Children is primarily responsible for helping and supporting the Ministry Director of Children at Broadway Baptist Church, in any and every way possible, in making the overall ministry of the children’s ministry more effective and glorifying to God.
